Filter cartridge in the dimensions 327 x 1200 mm for use in:

High-performance Cleaning filter made of Polyester fleece with PTFE coating and a Filter area of 20 m². The non-stick coating with PTFE ensures very good cleanability of the Filter material. The Filter medium is encapsulated in synthetic resin at the top and bottom.

The Filter cartridge corresponds to Dust classification M, tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010 Annex AA, and achieves a very high Filter efficiency of ≥ 99.9 %. The design of the filter cartridge is designed for jet pulse cleaning. The pressure inside the Filter cartridge repels the accumulated dust. Straps running around the outside of the filter cartridge support the filter cartridge during jet pulse cleaning.

Recommendation: In addition to this polyester fleece cartridge with a PTFE coating, we recommend the use of precoat - filter powder, which is also available an accessory in our webshop Initial treatment of the filter with Precoat filter poweder increases the service life of the filter and improves cleaning efficiency.


Important note: TEKA replica. Only for TEKA systems. The Filter cartridge is designed for filter systems with a Jet pulse cleaning system. This filter cartridge cannot be used for filter cartridges with rotary nozzles, e.g. for KEMPER extraction systems, even if the dimensions appear to fit. You can find special filter cartridges with the same dimensions but a different design in the filter.shop
