In many manufacturing processes, the air in the workplace is contaminated by both dust and odor particles, e.g., laser cutting of various materials, cutting plastic, and collecting and analyzing soil samples.

Automatic Cleaning Option

All KKF filter models can be equipped with an automatic cleaning system for the filter cartridge. A 10-liter compressed air tank automatically releases compressed air at set intervals; this air flows through a rotary vane nozzle, and the resulting rotational motion cleans the filter cartridge along its entire length. This requires a compressed air connection with a pressure of 3–4 bar, an air consumption of 32–64 liters per pulse, and air that is free of oil, water, and particles.
