Gases and aerosols are generated as air pollutants during the soldering process. To ensure a healthy workplace environment, the removal of these pollutants is particularly important—and is even required by law. Klepp soldering fume filters provide the ideal solution for the continuous and optimal extraction and filtration of pollutants. Contaminated air is collected directly at the source using practical collection elements. The extracted pollutants are routed to the filter unit via a hose system or, depending on your needs, through a custom-designed duct system. In the Klepp-KLF series, filtration takes place in three separate stages: • a pre-filter mat, • a particle filter, and • an activated carbon filter. The purified air can remain in the work area. You can easily replace the filters yourself. The activated carbon filter can be refilled repeatedly. The KLF ecoline filter systems are extremely easy to operate. An indicator light on the control panel shows whether the unit is operating optimally. An audible alarm signals when intervention or maintenance is required.
